Refund Policy
*ALL sales are final and are not refundable, unless received damaged due to manufacturer defects.
*Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/ exchangeable under any circumstances at all.
*Any item that a discount code is used on/ sale items are final sale, we do not replace/discount further for manufacturing defects should your item have one under any circumstances.
* Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We can not change sizing once the order is paid for.
* If your item is being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect/missing item/wrong sizing your item must be return in the ORIGINAL packaging (clear bag it was sent in) along with the tags intact, unwashed, and unworn. A store credit will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to Kinder Smocks.Â
* Washes, worn, and tagless items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
* Kinder Smocks offer FREE split pay! This gives you the option to pay half of your order total upfront and the other half of your total when the production order ships to Kinder Smocks Inc. in approximately 10-12 weeks.
